Kol8 Election app

KOL8, a variant of "collate", is an IT solution developed to promote inclusive electoral monitoring through decentralized social reporting. The targeted beneficiaries include the electorate, local community leaders, political party representatives, social activism groups, and civil service organizations. The product focuses on two (2) stages of the election value chain; process participation, and votes counting. Aiming to foster electoral credibility and national peace in the imminent 2016 general elections, KOL8 will contribute to strengthening democratic engagement in the pilot geographic – northern regions of Ghana.
